In November 2009 the team left Vimplecom to start Constanta, an M&A advisory and management consulting firm focusing on the telecom, media and technology sectors. To date we have already completed nine large-scale projects, including two M&A transactions with the total value of over $70 mln and a number of consulting projects focused on strategy and operational excellence for the leading TMT players in Russia.

Whilst retaining our key focus on the TMT sector, we are developing the business in three areas:
